Short bio
Caroline Bertaud is a member of the Women’s Fiction Writers Association and the Société des Auteurs et Compositeurs Dramatiques since her early years as a professional screenwriter in Paris. Although she is French, her first novel, 24 Hours of the Phoenix, was written in English.
She studied both sciences and drama, and wrote professionally for television in her twenties. Twenty years later, she flew to New York to enroll in a creative writing class at NYU and it was enough to convince her that writing fiction was her true self.
